Méïr Masri Féki, better
known as Masri Feki, is a political scientist
and author specializing in the Middle East.
He is affiliated with the Center for Research
and Geopolitical Analysis (CRAG) attached
to the University of Paris VIII, a research
fellow at the Middle East Media Research Institute
(MEMRI) based in Washington and a lecturer
in Geopolitics and International Relations at various higher education
institutions in France. He is a member of
the French Political Science Association (AFSP)
and the Middle East Studies Association (MESA)
and a consultant for Middle East affairs with
several international organizations.

the peace process in the Middle East, he is
heavily involved in Arab-Israeli reconciliation
and in the regional integration of the State
of Israel through various associations and
political projects. The Middle East Pact (MEP),
which he founded in 2008, works mainly to
gather the secular and liberal youth of the
Middle East around a common regional policy
vision. The MEP is also a forum for meetings
and dialogue between Arab, Egyptian, Iranian,
Israeli, Turkish and Kurdish intellectuals.

in Toulouse (France). He holds a 2nd Masters degree
in International Relations and Security Policies from the University of Toulouse I and a Postgraduate
Doctoral Degree in Geopolitics from the Paris
VIII University. His scientific work mainly
covers relations between Israel and the ethnic
and religious minorities in the Middle East,
as well as the role of "secret diplomacy"
in conflict management. His PhD thesis, defended
in 2015 under the co-direction of Béatrice
Giblin and Frédéric Encel, focuses
on representations and policies of the Yishuv
and the State of Israel towards the Maronites
of Lebanon from 1920 to 2000.
